AC Milan's Portuguese striker André Silva answered questions from Rossoneri fans that had been sent via social media using #AskAndre and the former Porto striker seemed optimistic for the future despite the tough start to the season.

"When I received the call from my agent that AC Milan wanted me I was very happy since I didn't expect it. I immediately said yes. I am neither sad nor sorry, I am doing my job. It is important that we get back to winning ways in the Serie A, I am looking for more opportunities, but I am confident that this will happen."

Silva was asked which position he preferred playing to which he said: "It doesn't matter to me if I play alone or with someone else, what is important is that I get to play. I don't like being compared to others, I like being the original, I am André Silva and I have my characteristics. I admire former Milan striker Inzaghi as well as Shevchenko and Rui Costa. The great players of the Milan's glory days but I grew up watching players like Cristiano Ronaldo."

In conclusion Silva was asked about his team-mates revealing that "the funniest player in the dressing room is Antonelli. In my spare time I like to go into Milano to see things I haven't seen before, but I also like to play Playstation at home. Donnarumma is very good but I am better than him. I always choose Milan. San Siro? It is a special feeling to play at the San Siro, I feel it even when I'm on the bench. The atmosphere against Inter and Juventus was unique."
