AC Milan schedule new meeting with Raiola over Donnarumma future
The player and his agent had put new contract talks on hold with the club that announced two weeks ago that Donnarumma would have left AC Milan in summer 2018.
Both parties, however, have proved to be open to restart new contract talks and they are now likely to meet tomorrow.
Raiola would probably ask the club to add a release clause in his client’s deal although the interest of Real Madrid is said to have cooled after that the 18-year-old failed to live up to expectations in the U21 European Championship.
Donnarumma’s current AC Milan contract expires in 2018 and if he fails to sign a contract extension he could leave the club as a free agent next summer.
