AC Milan starlet tipped for big future

AC Milan youngster Raoul Bellanova has caught the eye as he has continued to shine for the Primavera side.

The 17-year-old has been tipped to enjoy a bright future, and has been living up to expectations in seven appearances in all competitions under Gennaro Gattuso’s watchful eye.

La Gazzetta dello Sport have suggested that he’s one of the biggest talents available to the former Milan midfielder, and he’ll be hoping to make his breakthrough with the senior side in the coming years.

However, as a right-back, he’ll face plenty of competition as he follows in the footsteps of Davide Calabria, while Andrea Conti will come back into contention when he returns from injury.

Meanwhile, Ignazio Abate remains part of the first-team squad, and so Bellanova will likely have to bide his time if he has ambitions of playing for the senior side.
