Ajax: ‘Milik not for sale’
“Ajax and Milik have agreed that the striker won’t move to any other club this summer”, the statement reads.
“The technical staff and the manager Peter Bosz believe that last year’s top scorer is vital for the team. Ajax’s sporting director Marc Overmars made contact with Milik a few days ago. The Poland International’s contract runs until 2019, but everyone knows many foreign clubs are interested in signing him.”
“We are not open to listen to offers for Milik and we won’t cooperate to negotiate the transfer of the player who is currently on holiday and will return to Amsterdam on the 22nd of July.”
