Arsenal prepare bid for Chelsea and Man United Inter Milan target
The Croatian has been on the radar of Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho and Chelsea manager Antonio Conte this summer window but it looks as if Gunner manager Arsene Wenger is prepared to hijack the deal for the Serie A man.
The North London club have already been busy this transfer window, most notably by bringing star striker Alexandre Lacazette from Lyon for a fee thought to be in the region of £52 and rising.
But not the 67-year-old is looking to strengthen his central-midfield in order to mount a serious title bid next year, with the 24-year-old reported as a top priority signing by Wenger.
Arsenal are still on the toes with the rumours surrounding Chilean international Alexis Sanchez, with the 28-year-old thought to want a move away. Man City have been linked but Arsenal, it is thought, will snub all offers from rival Premier League clubs.
