Arsenal are looking to strengthen their attacking department, whether Alexis Sanchez eventually leaves the Emirates Stadium in the summer or not. The Chilean star’s future in North London is in serious doubt and the Gunners have already identified a few players who may replace the former Barcelona star.

According to the BBC, however, Arsenal have not started the current transfer window very well given that they had two of their opening bids for French star rejected.

The Gunners have seen their offers for Alexandre Lacazette and Tomas Lemar rejected by Lyon and Monaco respectively. The Gunners are long time admirers of both players and Juventus are also interested in the talented Monaco winger although the Old Lady’s € 30 million bid was also rejected by Monaco, calciomercato.com has exclusively learned.

​Arsenal have already completed their first summer signing taking Sead Kolasinac from Schalke 04 as a free agent. Now the Gunners are keen to sign a new striker, regardless the future of Alexis Sanchez.
