Arsenal striker ‘open’ to West Ham move as Gunners seek attacking reinforcement

Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud is reported to be open to switch the Gunners with West Ham in the summer transfer window. According to a report of Goal.com, the Frenchman’s representatives have already held talks with those of West Ham and Giroud has reportedly given green light to move to East London during the incoming summer transfer window.

Giroud, 30, is reported to be not on Wenger’s plans for the future given that the Gunners’ have set sights on several top strikers.

Both Alexandre Lacazette and Kylian Mbappé are being linked with a summer move to the Emirates Stadium which means Giroud will be given even less game time than what he got last season when he only completed 90 minutes four times.

Arsenal, however, are not open to sell the French star on loan and are keen to sell the 30-year-old for £ 20 million. Negotiations between the two parties will be ongoing over the next few days.
