    AS Roma's Spalletti: 'I'm the boss!'

    During the press conference that foresees the game against Fiorentina, AS Roma head coach Luciano Spalletti said: “You can work well in Rome, I want to express my opinion because I’m responsible for what I do. Here we do things well, those who have no ideas, who don’t want to improve and are afraid of confrontation can leave. Me included. Rome is an ideal place to work. Unfortunately, in life there are people who don’t do anything, and who just follow the others. I came back because I like to work here, and because I know that we can do well. If somebody has the possibility to do 10, he must do 12. Until now, we have done a masterpiece”.
     
    ‘Pallotta brings a lot of enthusiasm” he added “it’s very important what he does with us. Would I like him to come more often? Last weeks we took the official photos, there were over 30 people of the staff. Then, there were the players, some photographers. They are all helping me, I’m not alone. In the last weeks, I made no decisions that don’t compete to the coach. I want to do only my job, and in that I want to say something, as the result depends from me”.
