Barca malcontent, Arsenal target 'hasn't spoken to anyone'

Rafinha “hasn’t spoken” to anyone about a move away from Barcelona.

The Arsenal target has struggled to impose himself at the Camp Nou, and things have been made worse by a long-term knee injury.

“We haven’t spoken to anyone because, for an injured player, it’s hard to start negotiations with other clubs,” Mazinho told Marca TV.
“And anyway, we have no interest [in a move]. We have a contract with Barcelona.

This report strides with what we recently reported, namely that the Rossoneri had had Rafinha offered to them, only to refuse both him and Andre Gomes, another Barcelona surplus.

The young Spanish-Brazilian has been the subject of transfer speculation for a while, Gianluca Di Marzio saying in summer that he was interested in moving to AC Milan, only for him to stay at the Camp Nou.

He appears to be out of Coach Ernesto Valverde’s plans, and could follow brother Thiago out of the club.
