It isn't a secret that FC Barcelona tried to acquire Liverpool star Philippe Coutinho last summer but in the end, the Brazilian star stayed in England. Even so, his future is still in heavy doubt as a 2018 departure might be on the cards. Other than Barcelona, PSG and Real Madrid also have some interest in him. According to Don Balon, Juventus are another club that have some interest in him as well. Barcelona might still be viewed as the favorites, but there is a lot of competition on the Coutinho front.

Liverpool are currently in 5th place in the English Premier league standings as they are 3 points back of 4th placed Chelsea.
