Bayern boss provides update to Vidal future amid Man United interest
The Italian boss has said that the 30-year-old Chile international is staying put with the Bundesliga side for the time being and that the speculation surrounding his switch to Old Trafford are just rumours, according to Squawka.
“For Vidal, there is no way. He’s our player and I have a lot of confidence in him,” the Italian tactician said, as reported by Goal.
“I know there are rumours and we’re used to rumours. He’ll stay with us 100 per cent – I’m confident about that.”
There is no doubt that Vidal would offer Red Devils boss Jose Mourinho a host of options in midfield as he looks to build on last season’s successes, where they won a League Cup, the Europa League and the Community Shield.
