Bayern want €50m for Liverpool, Juventus target
According to the latest reports from Kicker magazine, the Bundesliga champions still want €50 million for the midfielder, who has also been targeted by Liverpool.
Juventus have already reached an agreement with the Brazilian international. He isn’t happy in Bavaria, where he has played little this season.
He’s appeared in 34 games under Carlo Ancelotti, a major contrast to when Pep Guardiola was Coaching the team. He’s netted 7 goals and added 6 assists, and wants to make sure he makes the plane for Russia 2018.
Juventus tried last month to offer less than the €50 million asking price, but their €40m still isn’t enough. Then again, Bayern have struggled to nab their transfer targets, namely Alexis Sanchez and Marco Verratti.
The two sides have, according to Kicker, met on numerous occasions over the last few days, but have struggled to find an agreement.
Juventus had already reached a five-year deal, worth €6m per season.
The Bundesliga side has already signed Serge Gnabry as a potential replacement. Too.
