Benfica president confident of keeping Juventus and Manchester United target

Joao Felix has attracted all sorts of attention over the past season; his strong and consistent performances with Benfica making a name for himself and seeing clubs such as Juventus and Manchester United express an interest in signing him. Joao Felix, in an interview, has said that he dreams of playing alongside Cristiano Ronaldo and, therefore, it looked as though the Bianconeri were favourites for his signature.

Speaking to the press about Joao Felix, Benfica president Luis Felipe Vieira has said that "He has a five-year contract and we don't need to renew it. He has a clause of 120 million euros, we are not worried."

So, for now, it appears as though the starlet could remain in Portugal with Benfica but it is only a matter of time before a club decides to bite the bullet and pay the extortionate buy-out clause for a player considered to be one of the most talented of his generation.
