Former AC Milan patron Silvio Berlusconi has moved to congratulate Gennaro Gattuso on becoming AC Milan’s new coach, having been promoted from his role with the Primavera side.
 
Berlusconi said: “I had a long, affectionate and friendly phone call with my old warrior Rino Gattuso. Good luck. Strength to you. And… of course, Forza Milan!
