Biglia or Touré: who’s Mancini’s top priority in the summer market?

Even if Suning Group is close to acquiring a majority share in Inter, the nerazzurri would still need to stick the FFP rules, at least until representatives of the new Chinese ownership will meet UEFA’s chiefs in Nyon to reach a new agreement.

Roberto Mancini wants to improve the team’s quality. Ever Banega is the first signing, but he won’t be the only new midfielder joining the San Siro outfit in the summer.

According to CM.com pundit Pasquale Guarro Yaya Touré remains Mancini’s top priority for the upcoming transfer window. The Italian tactician talks with his former player on a daily basis and is not willing to welcome another ‘Plan B’.

Trouble is, Torué wants a € 6-7 million, three-year deal and given the Ivorian star’s age (33), the club is not sure that paying a huge gross salary (around € 40 million in three seasons) would be a good idea.

Piero Ausilio is working to free up enough cash in order to allow Touré’s arrival. Andreolli, Bardi, Santon, Juan Jesus, Dodo, Ranocchia, Felipe Melo, Biabiany are all on the nerazzurri list of departures, whilst Brozovic, Murillo and Handanovic could leave for the right offer.

Inter can only sign one player between Biglia and Touré and Mancini has already chosen who he would like to coach at the Pinetina next season.
