Breaking: Chelsea and AC Milan given transfer hope as €100m striker can leave in swap deal

AC Milan and Chelsea are known to be long time admirers of Torino star Andrea Belotti, one of the best strikers in Italy at the moment.

Scorer of 24 goals with the granata last season, Belotti has a € 100 million release clause which is only valid for clubs outside Serie A but the rossoneri are still keen on the player and have been making several attempts to sign the striker.

According to Sky Sport the Serie A giants have made a € 45 million bid including the likes of Gabriel Paletta and M’Baye Niang in the deal. Torino are open to negotiate the player’s transfer but have told the rossoneri to pay € 80 million plus their pair who are is Torino summer shopping list.

AC Milan, however, are not willing to pay as much for Belotti and negotiations with Torino will be ongoing in the coming days. Both the rossoneri and Chelsea, however, can be hopeful to sign Belotti for less than his € 100 million release clause including some of their players in a potential player-plus cash swap deal.
