Breaking: Inter announce Spalletti as their new manager

Inter have just announced Luciano Spalletti as their new manager. The Serie A giants have released an official statements in their website claiming that the Italian has signed a two-year deal and that he will take his first training session at the club on Monday the 3rd of July.

Spalletti’s contract with AS Roma expires at the end of the month but the Italian tactician has already decided not to extend his stay at the Olimpico.

Spalletti met Inter president Zhang Jindong in China earlier this week and made return to Milan yesterday night.

Our reporter Pasquale Guarro was at Milan’s Malpensa airport to report the arrival of Spalletti yesterday night.

Inter’s objective for next season will be to – at least – qualify for the Champions League. The former AS Roma boss admitted that he will ‘study the Nainggolan case’, which means he will make an attempt to sign the Belgian in the summer.
