England goalkeeper Joe Hart will undergo a medical at West Ham United tomorrow before joining the Hammers on a one-year loan deal. The 30-year-old has been surplus to requirements at Manchester City since the arrival of Pep Guardiola and spent last season in Serie A with Torino.
 

Hart still has a deal at The Etihad until 2019 but it’s become clear that the Catalan tactician has no plans to return him to the first-team. The deal to the London Stadium is expected to include a clause which states that his parent club will fund part of his salary and that the Hammers will have the option to buy him outright next summer.
