Breaking: Juventus scouting manager joins Manchester United

Juventus scouting manager Javier Ribalta has left Juventus to join Manchester United, the bianconeri have announced through their official website. Ribalta spent five years in Turin and is now set to join the Red Devils covering a similar role to the one he had at Juventus.

"It has been a wonderful few years here. My thanks go to all involved with the club, particularly Giuseppe Marotta and Fabio Paratici for the faith they have shown in me since day one. I will look back on my time at Juventus with great pleasure”, Ribalta told the club’s official website.

Juventus and Manchester United have had some business done over the last few years. Paul Pogba joined the Old Lady as a free agent four years ago before making return to the Old Trafford in a world record € 105 million bid last summer.

As of today, Juventus are interested in signing Man Utd’s Matteo Darmian who is the bianconeri priority target to replace Man City-bound Dani Alves.
