Breaking: Liverpool confirm capture of Chelsea striker
Now it’s official, young England striker Domenic Solanke will join Liverpool on July 1 after his contract at Chelsea expired. After reports earlier today that the 19-year-old was set to make the move to Anfield, the Merseyside club has officially announced the signing a short while ago.
As we reported earlier, the fee will be settled by a tribunal but it’s understood that the Reds will pay £3M for the player who made just one first-team appearance at Stamford Bridge and who spent two seasons out on loan at Dutch side Vitesse.
#LFC have agreed terms to sign Dominic Solanke, who will officially join the club on July 1.
