Claudio Lotito run out of patience after Lazio were trashed 4-1 by city ricals AS Roma on Sunday afternoon.
Inzaghi, brother of AC Milan legend and former gaffer Filippo, will take first training session tomorrow during a training camp hold at Norcia, a small town 172 km northeast of the capital, where the team were sent after the heavy defeat in the Derby della Capitale.
“We wanted to make our fans happy after a negative campaign. Now we have to do our best in the last seven games of the season”, Pioli told journalists after the dramatic Olimpico faceoff and before beign sacked.
In the meantime, Lazio fans have organized a protest march in front of the team’s training ground Formello as president Claudio Lotito has decided to send the squad to training camp for an indefinite period of time.
