Breaking: Zenit representatives land in Roma to finalize €65m move for Chelsea and Juve targets

Representatives of Zenit St. Petersburg have just landed in Rome where they will finalize the transfers of Kostas Manolas and Leandro Paredes, according to a report of Sky Italia. The AS Roma duo are long time targets of Chelsea and Juventus respectively but according to reports in Italy they have already agreed personal terms with Roberto Mancini’s club.

Zenit are ready to pay a combined €65/70 million fee to seal the transfer of both giallorossi stars and a deal between the two clubs could be finalized within the next few hours.

Paredes’ agent Pablo Sabbag is also heading in the Italian capital to finalize his client’s move to Russia although the Argentina playmaker has already given his green light to leave Rome and join his teammate in St. Petersburg.

AS Roma have already sold Mohammed Salah to Liverpool for € 50 million which means they will be in no need to sell any other star in the summer unless somebody asks to leave the club. After those three great sales, AS Roma fans expect some big signings to remain Juventus’ no.1 competitor for the Serie A title next season.
