Champions League: Icardi says Inter deserved to qualify more than Tottenham

Inter star Mauro Icardi scored against Psv last night but his goal was not enough for the Nerazzurri to qualify for the last-16 stage of Europe’s elite competition.
“There is anger because we wanted to qualify, we allowed a goal in the first half and we didn’t manage to recover. We scored one but it wasn’t enough. We deserved to qualify because we proved that we are on the same level as other top clubs”.
