Chelsea 0 - 0 Man United: Tops & flops after first half

It is all square after the first 45 minutes at Stamford Bridge in west London where Chelsea host Manchester United in the Premier League.

Here are the top and flops of the first half:

TOPS:

Andreas Christensen: A very solid performance by the young Danish defender who has won everything in the air both defensively as well as offensively.

Marcus Rashford: The Manchester United wonderkid has been the only attacking player that has caused Chelsea's defensive line some problems in the first half thanks to his impressive speed with the ball as well as intelligent runs.

Nemanja Matic: The Serbian midfielder has been integral to Manchester United's midfield balance in the first 45 minutes. Always around to help out the back 3 whilst also knitting their defence together with their more attacking midfielders.

FLOPS:

Marcos Alonso: Very poor first half by the Spanish full-back. His positioning defensively almost cause his team to concede whilst his crossing and passing when going forward has been atrocious.

Henrikh Mkhitaryan: In Paul Pogba's absence the Armenian playmaker is the one who is supposed to be Manchester United's creative player but has been too anonymous. Partly due to Kanté but partly due to poor movement and poor decision making.
