Chelsea have massive budget ready for January: the names targeted

Chelsea's transfer market ban was lifted earlier this month by the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne and for this reason, the Blues are now preparing for an interesting winter transfer market session.

According to the Sun, Chelsea have 165 million euros ready for January and are targeting several interesting names: Ben Chilwell (Leicester), Wilfred Zaha (Crystal Palace) and Jadon Sancho from Borussia Dortmund.
