Chelsea news: Striker set to stay amid rumours of unrest
Olivier Giroud looks set to remain at Chelsea in this upcoming transfer window, despite rumours that the Frenchman was looking for a place elsewhere where he would get more game-time. Speaking to Telefoot, Giroud revealed he wants to stay in West London and fight for a place both at Stamford Bridge and for the French national team.
Giroud was part of France’s World Cup winning squad that lifted the trophy in Russia over the summer, playing a vital part in Didier Deschamps’ set up.
