Chelsea on red alert as Juve make contact to take A.Sandro replacement back to Turin

In the early hours of the morning the idea of a Leonardo Spinazzola return to Juventus was circulating. The wingback is on a two-year loan to Atalanta, but the Bianconeri would be thinking of allowing him to return to Turin one year ahead of schedule to cover Alex Sandro's departure. It seems like a massive offer could be incoming from Chelsea, who have long admired the Brazilian left back.

As reported by Sky Sport, the Bianconeri have had contact with agent Davide Lippi who would have been asked for his player to return to Turin a year in advance. The two sides will meet again in the next few hours, but it is clear that if Juve pushes to take the young Italian back then they are moving on the front for an Alex Sandro alternative. Inside a week, Juve director Marotta both confirmed Dani Alves rescinding of contract and refused a transfer for Alex Sandro. Should Chelsea come to the table with an unrefusable offer, Juve will want to have a Plan B. And for the moment Spinazzola is their best solution.
