Chelsea plan €114 million raid on Juventus duo

No secret that Chelsea are long time admirers of Juventus duo Leonardo Bonucci and Alex Sandro. A few days ago Beppe Marotta confirmed that Juventus had rejected an ‘important’ offer for the Brazilian star. Chelsea, in fact, saw their € 60 million bid rejected by the Champions League finalists but the Blues are now ready to make an improved bid for the former Porto star.

Il Corriere dello Sport and La Repubblica confirm reports from England claiming that Chelsea are ready to table a € 114 million bid to sign both Alex Sandro and Leonardo Bonucci.

Juventus are not open to sell their stars but would consider to sign them if they push to leave the club.

Marotta confirmed that no Juve stars are available in the market but that he would consider selling them if they are offered a salary Juventus can’t afford to pay.

This is the same reason why the likes of Arturo Vidal and Paul Pogba left Juventus back in the days. If either Sandro or Bonucci push to leave Juventus, the Old Lady will try to reach the best possible agreement with potential suitors.
