Antonio Rudiger joined Chelsea from Roma last summer and the Germany defender is now set to face his former teammates in Rome after a two-year spell in the Italian capital. The German has talked to the Telegraph about how it feels to be back in Rome: “My parents told me they knew I would have played against Roma before the draw, they had this feeling.”
“I am happy to be back to play against my former teammates and my former club. I really respect them a lot. I spent two amazing years in Rome although I had highs and lows due to a knee injury. Everybody did always support me, I have good memories of Rome.”
