    Chinese consortium to complete AC Milan’s takeover by the 15th of November

    Sine Europe Sports Investment published an official statement yesterday confirming that there are no problems in negotiations that will lead the Chinese consortium to complete AC Milan’s takeover.

    Today’s edition of Il Corriere della Sera has also added that the full list of ten investors has been completed and that the Chinese group is set to complete the acquisition of AC Milan by the 15th of November with a final payment of € 640 million after having already paid a deposit of € 100 million.

    In the next few weeks, Chinese consortium’s leader Li Han could personally present to Silvio Berlusconi all the ten businessmen who are will be part of the group of investors.

    What has to be defined now are the roles inside the club given that the only person appointed is Marco Fassone who will serve as AC Milan’s CEO. Massimo Mirabelli is very likely to be appointed as new Milan’s DS.
