Confirmed: AC Milan in talks with out of contract Chelsea star

AC Milan are looking to reinforce their team heavily during the January transfer market, as the team is in the middle of a major injury crisis. One of the players Leonardo is looking to bring to the club is Cesc Fabregas from Chelsea, who seems to be on his way out of the Stamford Bridge.

After Calciomercato.com reported interest in the player several days ago, other confirmations have arrived from the Italian press. According to Corriere dello Sport, Leonardo has started contacts with some intermediaries to bring the Spaniard to the San Siro.
