Sinisa Mihajlovic’s job remains under scrutiny after a good 1-1 draw away against Roma on Saturday. The Serbian manager racked up 29 points in the first part of the campaign, with Milan who sit 8th in Serie A.

As widely known, president Silvio Berlusconi is not happy about the team’s results and he is rumored to have met former Juventus and Italy team head coach Marcello Lippi last week, the Italian news agency AdnKronos reported yesterday.

Milan’s Official TV Channel denied via Twitter that a meeting between Silvio Berlusconi and Marcello Lippi had taken place, but calciomercato.com has exclusively learned that the Rossoneri owner did actually met the five time Serie A winner.

What we know about the reunion so far is that Berlusconi and Lippi met in a secret place outside Milan last week, though sources have failed to reveal the exact time and place.

Milan will play in the Coppa Italia quarter finals against Serie A relegation candidates Carpi, and Mihajlovic is expected to get sacked, should the Diavoli fail to make it through the tournament’s semi-finals.
