Coppa Italia, Probable line-ups for AC Milan-Napoli: Piatek to play from the start

Part two of AC Milan-Napoli. After a 0-0 draw on Saturday in Serie A, tomorrow evening the two clubs will face off once again in the Coppa Italia quarter-finals. Both coaches are expected to make several chances. Here are the probable line-ups for the clash at the San Siro:
