Dani Alves hints at Alexis Sanchez's January Psg move
The former Barcelona forward is out of contract in the summer and has no intention of discussing a new deal with Arsene Wenger’s side. Premier League rivals City are said to be increasingly confident of signing the 28-year-old and will reportedly test Arsenal’s resolve in January with a £20million bid.
PSG remain interested, however, and with Sanchez able to speak with foreign clubs come January, Alves isn’t ready to admit defeat yet. ‘It’s a possibility. He’s courted by many teams,’ he said.
‘It would be nice if he joined us. I will always appreciate him and I will always wish him the best wherever he goes.’ Alves joined PSG from Juventus in the summer along with compatriot Neymar and reports earlier this month claimed the Ligue 1 side were hopeful the Brazilian, both former teammates of Sanchez’s, would be able to persuade him to sign.
It is also claimed that Sanchez has been offered a stunning £10million bonus if he signs a pre-contract agreement with the Parisians.
