Cutrone: ‘I didn’t touch the ball’

AC Milan youngster Patrick Cutrone has revealed that he didn't though the ball in the lead-up to his second goal in yesterday's 5-2 win over Dudelange in the UEFA Europa League.

Stefan Simic made his debut for the rossoneri in the game against the Luxemborg based club. While Milan did go 2-1 down in the second half, they scored four to blow their opponents away, thanks to a Cutrone brace.

The Italian was talking to Sky after the game and he said that he had not touched the ball before it went in. He said:  "The second goal is not mine, I have not touched it. When it's right, it's right, I did not touch it.

"The match went well, too bad that two goals were conceded. The three points are important: more than humility, the problem has been the lack of attention, and from this we learn that if you are not careful, anyone can score."
