Del Piero: 'Conte to Inter will be a strange move'
Conte has previously managed Juventus and later joined the Italian national team, before joining Chelsea where he won the Premier League and the FA Cup. He has been in talks with Inter Milan over possibly being the club's manager next season.
Recently, Del Piero was talking to the press about the future of the former Italy boss.
He said: "Conte to Inter? From a sporting point of view it would certainly be strange, given his past, to see him on the Nerazzurri bench. But we are talking about a great professional and a team with great potential, and with the advent of Marotta it would not surprise me as a move. The conditions for doing very well are there, its rigidity and its game system could help the Inter."
