Di Canio expects Conte to leave Chelsea before the end of the season

West Ham and Lazio legend Paolo Di Canio is now working as a pundit for Sky Sport and the former Italy striker shared his thoughts on Antonio Conte possibly leaving Chelsea on Sunday night, minutes before the kick-off of Chelsea-Manchester United.

The Italian tactician is being linked with joining AC Milan next season and the rossoneri are reported to have already made contact to hire the Italian at the end of the season.
Sky Sport reports that the rossoneri have already hold a meeting with the former Juventus tactician who could even join the San Siro hierarchy in the current campaign if both him and Montella face sack in the coming weeks.

“It’s not a surprising news”, Di Canio told Sky Sport.

“Antonio Conte has never denied he could leave Chelsea. Something has broken inside the dressing room and I expect Conte to rescind his Chelsea contract by mutual agreement if nothing changes in the next few weeks.”
