€60m Chelsea and Man City target hints at Juventus departure

Juventus fans have something new to worry about.

Following last night’s 4-1 mauling at the hands of Real Madrid, Bianconeri fans are now interpreting star defender Leonardo Bonucci’s post-game Facebook post as evidence that he may be on his way.

Chelsea and Manchester City are two clubs that are notoriously interested in the Italy star, who had a stinker in last night’s embarrassment, being directly responsible for two goals.

Chelsea are ready to offer as much as 8 million a year to the 30-year-old star.

“The disappointment is there, it’s real. We thought and believed that this would be our time. Unfortunately it wasn’t the case.

Congratulations to Real Madrid for the win. I am still proud to have been a part of this group.

We took two titles home, doing something truly unique.

A round of applause goes to you, the fans. You always are, you’ve always been and you always will be there,  in victory and in defeat."

Fans’ concerns were stoked by the fact that Leonardo Bonucci made it clear earlier this season that he’d consider any offer from a big club, despite signing a new deal with the Bianconeri.

The situation wasn’t helped by his argument with Max Allegri - resulting in his being benched against Porto.

With Pep Guardiola a long-term admirer and Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich ready to offer 60m for Bonucci, the upcoming summer window could be fascinating…
