Edin Dzeko: 'Goal against Chelsea was the best of my career'
The Bosnian was recently talking to the press during the Bosnian sportsman of the year award and he told Nezavisne: "I gave everything I had and I will do it as long as I play. If you told me I would play a Champions League semi-final, I I would have laughed, we gained self-confidence and we started to believe in our potential.
"It was one of the best seasons in the history of Roma and maybe the goal against Chelsea was the best of my career, but in the end I was sad , because I was sure we could reach the final if we had not made so many mistakes.
"We will try to do the same again this year starting from the game with Porto, even though I think that last season was something unique. It was all very different."
