El-Shaarawy returns to Italian lineup

Gian Piero Ventura will include Stephan El Shaarawy on his team sheet this evening when Italy looks to avoid infamy against Sweden. Per the Italian national team, the manager will swap him in for the suspended Marco Verratti for the second leg.

Returning home down 1-0 on aggregate, Italy will need all the offense it can muster tonight. El-Shaarawy has been in scintillating form with Roma, most recently scoring a brace against Chelsea in Champions League play.
