Portugal win EURO 2016 final | as it happened

Hosts France face Portugal for the final of EURO 2016. Les Bleus manager Didier Deschamps has confirmed the same team that beat Germany in the semifinal and Iceland in the quarterfinals. Atleti's striker Antoine Griezmann meets Cristiano Ronaldo less than two months after the Colchoneros' defeat in the Champions League final at hands of Real Madrid.

Griezmann is the top scorer of the tournament with six goals, Cristiano Ronaldo has netted three so far.
