Europa League - AEK Athen 0 - 0 AC Milan: Tops & Flops After The First Half

It is all square after the first 45 minutes at the Olympic Stadium in Athens were AEK Athens host AC Milan in group D of the Europa League.

Here are the top and flops of the first half:

TOPS:

Fabio Borini: Yet another impressive performance from the player who joined the Rossoneri on a free transfer from Sunderland. Intelligent runs, good crossing and helps out in both defence and attack. Surprisingly Milan's best signing of the season.

Leonardo Bonucci: This is more like it from the former Juventus defender. Acts like a leader by directing the defence as well as making his trademark long passes when starting plays.

Riccardo Montolivo: The veteran midfielder provides the under fire Milan players with the experience and cool head they need in such a hostile environment. Leads by example defensively.

FLOPS:

Andre Silva: Completely invisible for the first 45 minutes. Disappointing performance from a player who has been consistently one of Milan's best players this season. Needs to start moving instead of ballwatching.

Patrick Cutrone: Poor performance by the youngster who has been completely erased by the Greek defence. Looks a bit out of his depth.

Mateo Musacchio: Annoyingly inconsistent. Makes good challenges only to follow it up by missing the simplest of passes.
