Everton join race to sign unsettled Milan striker

Everton has met in Milan with Milan's leadership to discuss various profiles that they like and would be suitable at the English club. In addition to Niang and Lapadula, the Toffees have taken information, according to Calciomercato.com, also for Carlos Bacca, Colombian striker out of the plans of the new Rossoneri. Milan directors are considering multiple different options in attack, and having already signed Andre Silva from Porto, Bacca will likely be on his way out.

The 30 year old striker scored 13 goals and added 5 assists in 32 games for the Rossoneri this season, but his potential is actually much higher. Bacca had 18 goals last season with Milan and 20 the season before that in Sevilla. There is no question that the Colombian is an incisive finisher, but he must find a club and situation that suits him. Jose Pekerman definitely hopes a move away from the San Siro can be the push that Bacca needs to get back to his best.
