Ex Man United and Arsenal star set for Premier League return

Former Manchester United and Arsenal star Robin van Persie is set to be rekindled with the Premier League, with newly appointed Crystal Palace manager Frank de Boer reportedly keen on bringing the Dutchman to Selhurst Park.

The 33-year-old is currently with Turkish club Fenerbahce but looks ready to be making the move back to England, according to Daily Mirror via Football London.http://www.football.london/crystal-palace-fc/transfer-news/crystal-palace-robin-van-persie-13256192
RVP has had an impressive two years in Turkey, scoring 36 goals in 82 appearances despite being past his prime.

His sides’ boss Aykut Kocaman, though, has stated his desire for the forward to stay at the club, but will listen to transfer offers should the price be right for the player’s services.

Kocaman looks set to be already eying up a replacement for van Persie, too. With former Newcastle United flop Seydou Doumbia already linked with a move to Fernerbahce, according to the Turkish press.
