Exclusive: AC Milan set minimum price-tag on winger wanted by Newcastle

AC Milan are considering the future of their winger Diego Laxalt. The Uruguay International has been failing to impress with the Rossoneri so far this season and several clubs have shown interest in the former Genoa man who joined the San Siro hierarchy last summer as part of the Lapadula deal.

Newcastle have sounded out the player’s availability but Laxalt is not too much attracted by the Magpies. Serie A clubs like Lazio and Atalanta have also set their sights on the Uruguayan star but at the moment there are no concrete offers on the table.

Leonardo will consider Laxalt’s sale for a fee in the region of € 12 million. A similar offer would allow the Rossoneri to register a little capital gain and reinvest some money in one new signing in January.

New signings in the winter transfer window mainly depends on who will leave the San Siro in the current transfer window.
