Exclusive: AC Milan will not sell Piatek at any cost

Serie A giants AC Milan have made a decision about the future of their star striker Krzysztof Piatek.

The Polish star arrived at Milan from Genoa this past winter for a fee of 30 million euros. He started the season off very strongly and scored seven goals in his first five games for the rossoneri. After that, the goals dried up for him.

Our correspondent Fabrizio Romano understands that AC Milan see Piatek as an untouchable and will not consider any offers that they receive for their prized striker.

There is interest from England and Spain for him, but the Elliot Management agrees with both Leonardo and Paolo Maldini about how important a player he is to the side currently.

Even if offers in the region of 50 to 55 million euros arrive in the summer, Milan will reject them as they feel Piatek is a vital part of the side's present and the future. They want to make a team around him in the upcoming Serie A season.
