Exclusive: Fiorentina pounce on €10m AC Milan midfielder

Fiorentina are interested in signing AC Milan midfielder Juraj Kucka, sources have told calciomercato.com. The former Genoa star is not going to have much game time next season as AC Milan have already completed the signing of Franck Kessié and are also going to seal the transfer of another centre midfielder this summer.

AC Milan and Fiorentina will soon talk about the Viola star Nikola Kalinic. A meeting between Corvino and Mirabelli should have taken place yesterday, but Corvino cancelled his meeting with the representatives of AC Milan as he was unhappy with AC Milan’s decision to inform media about their transfer rendez-vous.

Fiorentina and AC Milan, however, are still in contact and on pretty good terms. Over the next few days they will discuss the future of Kalinic and Kucka but they are not going to set up a swap deal. AC Milan want € 10 million to sell Kucka, but an agreement can also be reached for € 8-9 million.
