EXCLUSIVE: Leipzig and Juventus agree Lemina’s transfer fee, but player wants Liecester move

Mario Lemina will be one of those centre midfielders who will be leaving the J Stadium in the current transfer window. The Frenchman was signed to permanent deal by Juventus last May (€ 9 million) and his performances have convinced clubs like RB Leipzig, Stoke and Leicester City to make offers for the former Marseille man.

Calciomercato.com has exclusively learned that Juventus and newly promoted Bundesliga club Leipzig have agreed Lemina’s transfer fee. The German club have offered € 16 million plus € 2-3 million of bonus.
Trouble is, Lemina doesn’t want to leave Juventus and he’d be only open to leave the J Stadium to join Premier League champions Leicester City.

Claudio Ranieri could make an offer to Juventus once the N’Golo Kante situation is solved (the Frenchman has been offered a contract extension but rumours from England suggest the player wants to join Chelsea).

Stoke City are also pondering an offer in the region of € 15 million for the 22-year-old midfielder, whilst Juventus have rejected Betis Sevilla’s loan offer with option to buy.

CM.com transfer pundit Daniele Longo reports that Leipzig have also asked information about Pol Lirola, but Juventus are not going to sell the young right-back and are only open to loan him out for one season.
