Exclusive: Milan chase Man United target in double midfield swoop

AC Milan have further plans to reinforce their side, especially the midfield, we can reveal.

Marco Demicheli writes that they are plotting to sign Lucas Biglia, not to mention Ajax star Davy Klaassen and PSG midfielder Grzegorz Krychowiak.

Klaassen is wanted all over Europe (including Everton and Manchester United) for his quick feet, eye for goal and dynamism, while Krychowiak is a respected defensive midfielder whose 30 million move to PSG last summer has backfired.

Previously a vital cog at Sevilla, the French international is hoping to relaunch his career elsewhere, and is seen as the kind of player who can help both cement the midfield and work on the defence, where he can play as a full-back.

Milan have already signed Franck Kessie in midfield, and Ricardo Rodriguez and Mateo Musacchio in defence.

The forbidden dream would, however, be Corentin Tolisso of Lyon, who is deemed to be too expensive for the Rossoneri, who are making signings early in order to avoid any summer auctions.
