The decision about whether to look to sign Juventus’ Alex Sandro or not has caused a split among the Chelsea backroom staff, if reports are to be believed.

The Blues were said to be interested in signing Alex Sandro this past summer, but a move never really materialized as the Old Lady looked to hand the Brazilian a new deal. While Alex Sandro hasn’t signed a new deal yet, Chelsea will still look to pursue the full-back.

While the Blues will look to sign Alex Sandro in the upcoming transfer window as well, it is said that the decision about whether to shell out 65 million euros is creating splits in the Chelsea backroom.

Conte and his men want Sandro at all costs, but some members of the backroom staff that the 26-year-old left-back isn’t worth 65 million euros.

Alex Sandro has made eight appearances for the Old Lady this season, out of which seven have been starts. He has assisted once and has racked up a tally of three assists too.
